First, one of our regulars called. She's one who is always asking who sang a song, and then she sings the song. Today, she is watching something on tv. It's a movie with Bruce Willis and there is a black man in it. Who is the black man? I should have just said "Samuel L. Jackson" but I decided to mess with her. I asked her, "what channel is it on?" and she says she doesn't know, the channel changed. I asked her "what is the movie about?" and she thinks it's about ancient Egypt.
So I go to IMDB and type in Bruce Willis and see "What just happened" and I don't see a black actor on it. I tell her that and she she again repeats herself. I am sick of her and tell her, "repeating the same thing won't change the answer." Now a cw was listening and asked me how I find what is one tv (because we get a bunch of questions like that) and I show him, and he notices a "more" link, which shows other shows and I see Unbreakable. Oh well. The woman does call back latter and I take my time "looking" and tell Samuel L. Jackson in Unbreakable. This involves me repeating myself several times.
Second person called because he saw on his caller id we called and he wnats to check if we called about his book being in. I asked him if he had an answering machine and he said yes. I told him he should check it, because the number on his machine could actually be from an extention anywhere in our building.
