Had two customers today, assumingly husband and wife, who had 2 sets of 12 packs of sodas we had on special 5 for $11 if you had a $10 additional purchase and used the coupon on the front of our circular. They first went to the line behind me (and who knows how many before that), and the cashier there told them that they needed to have a $10 additional purchase to get the sale and the coupon was limited to 1 per family per visit.
So what do they do? They come to my line trying to get the exact same thing. Did not add a thing to their order, still trying to get the two sets of sodas and use the two coupons. They leave my line, and.... they go to the Uscan! Still with no additional items trying to get the 2 sets! Uscan worker tells them same exact story, and they leave without getting anything.
There were also two seperate people yesterday who thought this sale was for the rival brand when the brand is A. clearly marked in the circular, and B. There's a huge display with nothing but this brand right by the customer service desk!
So what do they do? They come to my line trying to get the exact same thing. Did not add a thing to their order, still trying to get the two sets of sodas and use the two coupons.
