Yesterday, a customer got into my line and I couldn't tell if he was over the limit so I had the service desk employee check. She told him that the line was express since he was way over the limit but he ignored her, ended up putting his stuff on the belt, and I ended up having to ring him up.
I switched the light to regular when I was doing his transaction. After he left, I switched the light back to express.
