This customer today was so sucky and yet I felt a bit sorry for him.He argued everything I said was wrong and he knew that because "it had happened to his brother so he knew about it"

For something I said which had not happened to his brother the mysterious "they" had told him the opposite.
I kept my cool but did ask him to check out a few things in leaflets we have so he would know what I was telling him was correct. He sounded very sad and said I was just trying to force him to *no idea what he said but "they" had also forced his brother to do that*
