    Fraudsters are your friends!

    Hi,

    As I said in the intro forum, I work at a web hosting company.

    The general idea is that you give us money, and we give you a place to put your website. Simple concept, right? Apparently not:

    Me: Thank you for calling [us], this i---
    SC: Our website don't work! I pay y'all good money for it, WHY'S IT NOT WORKIN'?
    Me: I'd be happy to help you with that. Can I get the phone n---
    SC: Goddamit! Stop asking stupid questions and get mah site back up!
    Me: I need to look up your account to do that, and the easiest way is by your phone number.
    SC: FINE! 123-456-7890
    Me: OK, I'll also need your call in pass---
    SC: 1234
    Me: Thank you. It looks like your account has been past due for about six months now, so it was suspended.
    SC: What?! Why the HELL would it?
    Me: One moment while I look that up...
    SC, under her breath: Yeah, you better!
    Me: It looks like the credit card you used was reported stolen.
    SC: .....
    Me: .....
    Me: Ma'am?
    SC: Uhh... *to someone in the background* Oh ****, they found out. *to me* I'll call back, thanks!
    Me: OK, thank you for calling [us], have a great day!
    SC: *click*

      haha, we have to be on the lookout for a gift card scammer, buying several hundred dollars of visa gift cards with I believe stolen credit cards
      I'm sorry reading is not a new concept it has been widely taught in our nation for at least the past 100 years. Please, learn to do it CORRECTLY before you become contagious.

          Wow. Oh lets use this stolen credit card, then get upset when our service gets turned off because of it. Seriously? Seriously??! I think my brain just done got broker or som such.

              As if it didn't hurt enough when my brain disconnects itself from my spinal cord and squeaks out of my ears and headbutts me every time I see or hear something stupid at work....

              Then I come home and endure the same abuse.

              Off to find some duct tape to keep that little bugger in my head where he belongs.
