  • Telephoneangel Is A Thief!!!!!!!!!!

I am looking at a customers account and can find no trace of how payments are made. No cash transactions, no bank transactions yet it is not a new account.

I ask the customer "Do we have your bank details? Or is yours a cash account?

Customer starts a ten minute tirade not stopping for breath about how *young girls* like me who have no money and no brains go into callcentres and stay just long enough to skim off people's bank details then nobody can catch them with thier false identies.Finishes by saying he is not giving me his bank details.

Me ok.I don't want your bank details and nor have I asked for them. But I still want to know if we AS A COMPANY have your bank details already or if yours is a cash account.

Customer finally calms down and we continue.
Customer "why did you answer the phone if you can't help me?"

Oh, I got the 'young girls scammers' speech once. My deepest sympathies. They love to have that tantrum it seems.

My mother slightly is one of those people. But mostly in restaurants. She got a forwarded email once about how waiters will take pictures of your card and fraud your account....now we hear it every time we go to a sit-down place. ><

Yeah, right, young girls are out there scamming everybody! Somehow I don't think it's young girls who send me emails from "Miss Egina" or "Dr Lamido Sanusi" offering me an opportunity to get $15,000,000 in U.S. CASH!! etc. etc. etc....
(for the record: those names are FAKE. They're 419 scams)
When you start at zero, everything's progress.

But i mean 15 million is worth the risk and well it is only $400 to start off. I like the sound bite from one of the local morning talk shows where the one Africa American responds about how a 21yr old college student got scammed out of $400, "You really think these people at western union should know about this scam and be accountable and really when a 21yr old white girl comes in to send money to Nigeria they should ask, WHO the hell do you know there?"

So TelephoneAngel, next time you want to scam just inform them of the millions they will get and you will no longer be out to scam them but to help them, in the most shady ways possible..... or people could stop being clueless however this site would cease to exist
I'm sorry reading is not a new concept it has been widely taught in our nation for at least the past 100 years. Please, learn to do it CORRECTLY before you become contagious.

I would think that if the girls have the wits to:
            1) Come up with the plan to get hired by a call center under false pretenses so they can steal bank info
            2) Fake an ID long enough to get hired at said call center
            3) Collect the pertinent customer info to be able to make use of the stolen account info
            4) Know when to get out before they get found out
            and
            5) Figure out how to use those stolen accounts to live the Life of Riley without getting caught the first time they splurge on A&F crap

Then the girls don't exactly count as brainless.
Sorry, my cow died so I don't need your bull

If my mother did that, I'd probably end up tellig her to stfu and take cash then if its such a problem

In defense of the mom, I do have a friend who went to an Outback and had her card skimmed by the waitress. The girl went out and spent several thousand dollars at a Walmart.

My friend got lucky and the waitress was arrested, but only because my friend was pushy with the cops to track the bitch down.

And I don't give out my banking information over the phone either, although I'm a bit more polite about it
