Update of sorts

I talked to my supervisor for advice on how to handle the situation. She suggested that next time the SC is on a lobby computer, I ask her what room number she's in, verify her last name, and if it does not match anything, tell her such.

I was also given permission to tell her that if we see her again on the computer without having paid for a room, that we can have the cops escort her out for trespassing. Supervisor even mentioned "theft of services" which was brought up in this thread already.

Suggestion: Before actually getting the cops involved, the next time you see her doing this and after you have verified that she is a not a paying guest, confront her and tell her that computers are for hotel guests only, and that she needs to leave, AND if she does this again you will involve the police for "theft of services" and trespassing.

I suggest this to be nice. Not being nice to HER, mind you, as she's a fucking scrounge. But to be nice to your local cops. Why waster their time with this stooge when usually the mere threat of police intervention scares off most such idiots? Seriously, the cops have better things to do, and should only be involved in such situations as a last resort.
