I have heard that Ferrari owners get a really damn good maintenance package with the cars. I guess as Ferrari sees it if your willing to plow down some bucks on their product you deserve free lifetime maintenance, think also road side assistance 24/7

I read a story once where a guy was driving a Rolls on some twisty mountain road in Switzerland and busted a spring shackle. He called the nearest R-R dealer, and they sent him out a mechanic who fixed it for him. Asked them how much, the mechanic said he'd get a bill.

A couple of months go by, and no bill ever shows up. He finally calls R-R and explains the situation, and a rather snooty person at the other end tells him that he won't be getting any bills, because Rolls-Royce autos never break their spring shackles!

(Or, as a chauffeur once told a passenger in his limo who wanted to see the engine, "Sir, we never raise the bonnet of a Rolls Royce in the public road. A passer-by might think there was something wrong with the vehicle.")
