Film quiz

If you are watching the cinematic masterpiece that is Vampires Suck and during the film the pictures suddleny turn upside down and the dialogue runs backwards, what do you do?

Do you:

a) Immediately get up and inform a member of cinema staff.

b) Wait a couple of minutes to see if it gets put right.

c) Sit and watch it for 12 minutes before pointing it out to a member of staff.

The prize for the first correct answer: A sprinkling of glitter to make you sparkle.

It was me who put a reel in the wrong way round. Sadly the staff situation had made me tired and lead to me making stupid mistakes.

Well, judging from the trailers I have seen of that movie, that would actually be an improvement!

Judging from what I saw a technical failure leading to a fire in the projection room would be an improvement...shortly after a viewer was forced to run to the restroom after food poisoning which he acquired from the Three Tomatoes Restaraunt next door to the theater before buying the ticket to the cinematic defecation that is Vampires Suck.

Mind you, I would not want cinema guy to be the one to cause this accident. I'm just saying, Vampires Suck...well sucks,

I actually really liked the movie. Well, ... most of it.

Don't feel bad I've had projectionists:
1) Not catch that the sound had been off on a (Disney) film for 20 full minutes before anyone said a word.
2) Put the film together out of order and not one person said a word (it actually made the movie better, frankly). Come to think of it - that was a vampire movie too...
and my favorite slice of personal hell:
3) Not realize we were missing the entire last reel of the 70mm showing on 2001 - a Space Odessey

Truth is I'm so tired and fed up with it that I don't really care. There was a time, I would have been gutted, now I'm shrug and think 'oops'.

I think people forget that the movie is SUPPOSED to be bad.
