To me it was the nastiest salad. Why you would need so much crap on your salad?

About 5 days per week, Mr. Rum has salad. He'll put in a 1/3 cup of dried cranberries/cashews/whatever else in the pre-boxed mix he uses. He adds chopped up steak/chicken/pork chop if we have it, adds grated cheese, tomatoes, chopped up carrots, and either a catalina or vinegar/oil based italian dressing.
In a little less than 1 year, he's lost approximately 160 pounds.
Sans the meat, I love salads with cheese, black olives, croutons, bacon bits, the McCormick Salad Toppers (which is usually sunflower seeds and a couple of other things), tomatoes, and either blue cheese or thousand island dressings (I've found a delicious tasting brand called litehouse which have "Regular" and "Diet" dressings and even the "Regular" dressing by litehouse has less calories/fat than the "Diet" dressing by other brands).
