Buying bras is what annoys me. Rack after rack of beautiful bras going up to a C cup... then a ton of ugly boulder holders for the larger chested women.
    THIS!
I have to now order super-special online bras (yeah super EXPENSIVE!) because 34DD does not exist. I asked, apparently I cannot exist.
Of course, the places that do have my size are going to be getting a lot of business from me when I finally get enough money to afford a decent-fitting bra.

      This. A million times, this.

The worst part is that they have band sizes up several steps, but the cup sizes stop.

You echo my thoughts. I've always been a large band size, and despite losing a good bit of weight, my girls are still the same size and you can't find a DD cup in my band size most places. grrrrrrrrrrrr. I hate buying bras online because sometimes they just don't fit right, and you can't really send them back.

One more month, then I will have some money to spend... gonna buy some new clothes! I'm down to my last belt hole and the pants are still a bit loose...

Ladies, have you tried Nordstroms? My wife has had good luck there. Her last purchase was for a size 36F.

I'm usually scouring M&S for decent bras; sadly, their larger cup sizes always sell out in record time (probably, you know, cuz most customers are larger cup sized women! A little clue there, M&S, to order more of the bigger sizes! ) so I end up going away empty handed. -.-

Ann Summers do bigger cup sizes, but I kinda need bras for everyday wear as well as for going out and, um, staying in. ^^; I'm an E cup and according to most shops, I don't deserve to wear pretty bras; just ugly white melon carriers that most old ladies would turn their noses up at.

Never thought about it, but might give them a try if I ever get back down to Cincinnati for more than a couple hours ( I HATE Cincinnati most of the time and refuse to go there unless I have to for a meeting, or for a concert at Riverbend).

I actually found some very comfortable Playtex softcup bras in my size the last time I went looking. They may not be very sexy, but they sure are a hell of a lot less torturous and they give me a better shape than comparable underwire ones.

I should check out Nords next month, when I go to get myself some nicer undergarments.

Although I don't have a problem with bras, the Nordstrom at Kenwood mall does have a great lingerie section.

I'm a 32FF, while I love my boobies, buying nice bras can be difficult. There are more shops selling sizes above a C-cup, including M&S, department stores like BHS and Debenhams (for those in the UK) aren't too bad.
I tend to buy bras when I'm not looking for them. If I go shopping specifically for them, I never find anything I like/can afford. But when I'm looking for other things, I can sometimes get really lucky and find something on sale.
I don't know how popular sites like Fig-Leaves and Bravissimo are outside the UK, but they might be worth checking out

I've been told several times by different people that I have child bearing hips.

For you larger chested ladies, if you ever get sick of them, I'm a 38B. I could take some of yours for you

What I would give to just be more firm and perky again. I fear I'll need a breast lift by the time I'm 30, they are already hanging far too low and are lopsided.

What I don't like is big band just has to equal big cup size. I'm a fricken 54C and there is only ONE place local I can find bras at 45 a pop. Because I had a coupon I was able to get two bras. One for 45 and a second for 19.99. I was more then just a bit happy.

According to the one I talked to at the counter, the size I got is one of the top ten in selling.

Fist of all, bra shopping..in the UK try www.simplybe.co.uk & www.bravissimo.com , & ETAM for a physical shop.
In the USA/Canada, give this place a try:- http://www.hipsandcurves.com/plus-size-lingerie/
Of course, for US bricks & mortar shops, there's always lane bryant.

I wasn't going to mention this, but someone brought the subject up.
I'm 5'1" & I therefore hardly fit the "tall dark & handsome" mould that the media portray as the "ideal".
The amount of women that wouldn't date a guy shorter than them is simply staggering.
After a lot of feeling sorry for myself, I realised one thing...it was their loss.
I'm not saying short guy = a great bloke, but to dismiss us out of hand means they may just have chucked away a diamond. </my 2 pen'orth>
In the same way a guy who won't date a bigger girl is as likely throwing away the chance of a wonderful relationship. His loss.

... as long as you acknowledge whoever you attach yourself to as "as much of a person as I and as deserving of as much love and respect" ... CHASE AWAY!
Being short, I'm was usually just happy to be on a date & therefore on my best behavior - women weren't exactly falling over themselves to get to the me.

We short guys have to work twice as hard, just to be thought half as much of.
Wee treats & spoils is part of the fun, as is finding out all about the person you're with. Listening is a skill much appreciated by women - too few guys can get past the "it's all about me" attitude.

I'm old school; opening doors is 2nd nature - the reaction is usually positive, but I've had the odd "sexist pig!". I just point out I'd open the door for anyone - gender irrespective, if I happen to be in the vicinity...even ungrateful, rude people.

Wow, if hubby can walk fast enough, he can get the door for me. He actually gave up even trying because of how fast I walk.

For some reason 36A is hard to find...at least not without 3 inches of padding in 'em. On the up side, when I do find them they don't cost a ton.

I'm 5'4" and my first boyfriend was my exact same height. My most recent ex is only about 3 inches taller.

I went to college with a couple where she was a good head taller than him...when I saw them at the 5 year reunion, he had their son (maybe a year or a little less old) sitting on his shoulders, and he could look mom right in the eye.
