My partner in crime on phones, Julie, just spent the past 18 minutes on the phone with an angry patient, aka SC. I wrote the following song for her and now I can't get it out of my head.


It was the call without an end, it just went on and on my friend. Poor Julie had to answer it not knowing what it was. And now she's stuck forever with this patient just because.....
