So Housekeeping went into a room today, and gagged. They went to pick up the towels off the shower floor, and they found human feces smeared all over the shower walls, floor, and in the towels. They pulled back the blankets, and there were human feces all over the sheets! Laundry Lady didn't even attempt to clean them...we bagged all the tarry and linen from that room and chucked it in the dumpster.

The guest actually had the gall to come back and try and rent another room. CW told her in no uncertain terms where to put it. SC then started cussing at CW, saying she was ignorant and uneducated, that it was the law that CW couldn't refuse service to her, yada yada yada. Other MOD overheard this, came out, and told SC to leave and never come back, that her business wasn't welcome here anymore. SC then asked for Boss Man, who was out flying his plane for the day. SC said she'd call back tomorrow.

Boss Man said if she calls back, to tell her we've filed a police report and are considering pressing charges. (We haven't actually, as far as I know, but hopefully it will shut her up.)

Okay, accidents happen, people have medical issues, which would be a valid explanation for the bed, and maybe you could say they hid it because they were embarrassed - but the walls? Really? There's something else going on there and it is just plain vile.

I also get that sometimes it happens, accidents and other such things. I'm sure at one point or another EVERYONE has had an accident in some form or another with bodily functions.

An accident doesn't mean, however, that it's okay to smear an entire bathroom wall with it. That's just disgusting and yucky, not to mention the amount of bacteria that goes out the bottem end. I, too, think charges should be brought against said guest.

Ugh...I was already nauseous. This thread didn't help. What was her issue? That's just disgusting--and dangerous for the hotel crew! I can't believe she had the nerve to actually come back and want another room! Wow! Some people have absolutely no shame or self respect!

We do not require CCs on file, nor do we charge cash deposits. It's this whole "no hidden fees" thing, meaning what you pay is what you pay and we don't charge anything else after checkout.

To press charges, we'd probably need photographic evidence. I don't know if any was collected. Somehow, I doubt it.

I think most normal people if they had an accident like that (although I cant think it was an accident form the decsription would ask for cleaning equipment or go and buy some take the worse off then go and apologise and explain, or leave a note) i would.

I was sick in a hotel room once - not drunk lol -and i went out and got some cleaning fuid and made sure every surface was clean afterwards why should someone else clear up after me.
