She wasn't exactly sucky, but certainly overreacting. Lady comes in and plops her bag on a breakfast table and frantically searches. As I'm walking by to throw out my pizza box, I notice she's crying. She tells me she lost her room key.

There's all sorts of reasons why someone (especially a woman) might be a bit -- high strung -- while staying at a hotel. I can imagine that losing her room key may have been the last in a string of incidents that just didn't go her way. The lost room key may not even have anything to do with the tears. Poor thing.
Now if she went to the desk and blames *them* for her lost key while sobbing, THAT would make her a drama mama.Sorry, my cow died so I don't need your bull

Could have been a drama queen but...
I had one time where I just had the day from heck. And finally I got to the store and went to pay for my stuff and was two dollars short. I lost it and just started to cry...a guy behind me gave over the two bucks and I thanked him a LOT. Made my day from heck not as bad then.

I've had days where I've been so frustrated that the smallest thing would have me in tears.
The worst part is that I know what I'm crying over isn't big enough to be worth crying over, which just makes it worse.
^-.-^Faith is about what you do. It's about aspiring to be better and nobler and kinder than you are. It's about making sacrifices for the good of others. - Dresden
