So today a SC comes up to me.
Picture the SC as the in person version of the crazy telemarketer lady (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qkE1Nbk-wuI) and follow along.
SC: Hi i have a major problem, you see i was near the <items> and a saw <other item> on the display with <item>. Now these were not the same and most likely different prices and it is veeeeery deceptive.
M: Ok....
SC: And can't believe that i am trying to tell you and your are ignoring me.
M: Whr...
SC: *to random customer* Looooooook, I'm trying to tell them about at proooblem but the are ignoring mee!
They go on for a few minutes before I can get a word in.
M: Ok, where was this so i know who to notify to fix it.
SC: seesh. It was <ITEM!!!!>
M: By <location1>, <location2> or <location3>
SC: well, it was the <items> that had several <other item> on the display with <item>. And it was reallllly deceptive.
M: ok, i understand that it was <item> with <other items> on it. Someone probably decided they didn't want <other items> and just dropped them their. Was it near <location1>, <location2> or <location3>.
SC: well it was realllly deceptive and it could inconvenience people near <location2>
Finally, got it!
M: Ok. I wull let <dept> know and they will take care of it.
I go to walk over to the phone, about 20 feet away to call <dept>. I get maybe 10 feet.
SC: Heeeeyyy! Weren't you going to tell them.
M: I was going to call them so they can take care of it.
The SC launches into the initial rant to me and anyone who will listen. I eventually sneak away and call <dept> and tell them. They had noticed it (a SC had dumped some stuff on a end cap) and fixed it. By this time the SC had just wandered off leaving several confused customers behind.
