  • So let me get this straight...

    ...you ordered a main board for TV A. You have TV B. Because TV A has a different main board, you now have the wrong part.

    And this is my fault HOW?? I didn't send you the wrong board; you bought the wrong board. I actually don't have the ability to know what TV you own and what's wrong with it, so we're just going to make the terrifying leap and assume that you know what TV you have in your living room and send you what you ordered.

    No, I will not reimburse your return shipping because you're an idiot. Thanks for playing.

    Well, you're supposed to be able to read minds and send what the customer wants and not what they ask for.
