....and we can do what we want with them. Read a customer complaint about Electronics today. We have outside sales guys for mobile phones because our people don't have time for that. Someone complained that the "store manager" (who could have been any one of the 10 MODs) should be trained better on phones. Maybe so, maybe that's valid. But to then complain that someone had to give the other person keys "out of his own pocket"--yes, exact wording--is so random. Why do SCs care where the keys came from, as long as the cabinet gets opened? Even if it was 'cause he/she had to wait, too bad; we're not gonna give every person you happen to walk past electronics keys.

Really? I mean...Really? What do they want you to do? Allow everyone who walks in to have access to the cabinets, and thereby every expensive piece of electronics from X-Boxes to whatever else in the store? Um no. It's called SECURITY.
