Doing the Maneuver
Hello all my name is Saisaka. I work at BCF as a cashier, I've been there nearly a year. (Next month is it!
)
I worked 6 hours today.
----- I want to choke you B****!
I had to do the Heimlich Maneuver on a toddler today. This little girl couldn't have been more than 3 at the most. She tried to eat a gumball the size of a half dollar. Then she tried to swallow it, and the ball got stuck. The girl starts to choke and Mom starts to SHAKE the girl up and down. I stop her and take the girl in to position. She coughs for a minute then spits the thing up and throws up. (Thankfully on the floor). She starts crying and I clean her up with paper towels.
But What really gets me was the woman behind Mom. She was yelling at me for helping the little girl instead of checking the mother out of my lane. getting really huffy and stomping her feet. I was SO PISSED that I had to stop myself from slapping her. I was shaking with rage. And I told her in a polite but firm voice that. "I had other matters to attend to." Are you really that heartless to ignore a choking child in favor of your black flats?
Apparently so.

Then these two "ladies" got into an argument about who jumped who in line at customer service. They were calling each other every name in the book and some racist slurs too. They were so loud that I had to call security.
---------Take it outside, Please!
I wasn't even checking this woman out, but I got to suffer right along with everyone else. I got the treat of watching a woman scream at her 5 maybe 6 kids about how she wasn't going to buying them "jack****" and not to touch and/or break anything else. And I mean she was screaming a them. The kids were like 16-3 in ages. She was in the store/line for 30 mins.
Icing on the cake, They cut my hours today.
