I live in a part of the world where folks hide behind their pocket books when in reality they don't have much to hide behind financially at all. I serve some rich idiots who think they and they alone own the whole freakin world..SORRY YOU DON'T!
A couple weeks ago a gentleman asked me where something was in our store. At first I must not have heard him correctly because I picked up an item at which time he found the correct item in front of him. I turned in time to see him role his eyes and shake his head. A minute or two later he asked where something else what and I directed him to the right place. I so wanted to sound off on the man at the risk of losing my job and therefore ending life for myself as we know it but I bit my tongue till it bled.
PEOPLE...if we in the service industry are doing to "service" you...PLEASE..be kind to us knowing we are doing our best and do not deserve to be treated like the trash you see us as. If all you wish to do is give us an earful every time we are around you it is best to take your business elsewhere than run the risk of something worse happening.
