So the cops had to be called due to a fight in the Lounge tonight.

Well, it started in the Lounge, but by the time the cops got here it had moved... into the "Ladies" Room.

The one part I witnessed was a "lady" being told in no uncertain terms to "Leave!" by a State Police Trooper. She continued to argue saying "Don't touch me!" and "That's assault!"

Why people don't quit while they're ahead I'll never know.

Hopefully she'll show up on one of those reality TV shows soon, the ones about idiots who run afoul of the law and make total fools of themselves at the same time

Where is it that SC's get in their head that arguing with a cop EVER makes the situation better? It doesn't matter who is right, who is wrong, what the cop should or should not be doing, or what laws are or aren't being violated.

Because unlike luckless retail employees, the cop is not required in any way to make you happy with the outcome.

I almost laughed so hard I cried. Yes, there is such a thing as unlawful force..but an officer can use as much force as necessary to solve the problem LEGALLY.
