I just got an email regarding an ebay auction I had for a sealed item:
"This item is NOT as expected!! It looks nothing like the item in the picture, which is an unsealed <product!> Refund my credit card immediately for the amount I paid you, or I will contact ebay!!!!"
Doublechecking the auction, the item in the picture is unsealed, yes. But, in big bold letter in my description, I wrote "As described in the TITLE of this auction, the item is SEALED! The stock image used is of the item, opened. However, this is for a sealed copy!"
The best part? 95% of this item that's up for auction are opened. Sealed ones are incredibly difficult to come by since they were released so long ago. So....basically he's complaining that its in better condition than what he thought it was.
