    If you're in the USA (says you are), I wouldn't call the cops over this. It's not illegal to draw it although it's offensive and you have the right to erase it. If they were scratching it in or drawing it with permanent marker, yeah go ahead and call the cops. If they refused to leave, please call the cops. If they came back after you kicked them out, go ahead. (Which they did).

    I really wouldn't waste the cops time for a bunch of kids who left when ordered to and who didn't destroy the chalk board. They should have stayed away.

    Props on kicking them out not once but twice.

      Slightly modified in this case -- it may not be online, but the kids would still be anonymous as soon as they did the drawings and fled.
