was trying to work on a customer's computer today... was all ready to ship it off for work when she pulled a FIT...

i hadn't heard all of her issue... but instead of letting me add in the other information she pulled a bitch act and went on and on about how horrible i was, the i didnt want to listen....

to the fucking gorram point that... i couldn't have done ANYTHING short of committing hari-kari that would have made her happy.

she decided i wasn't going to listen and wouldn't let me change a fucking thing to even try making her happy.

i mean i couldnt even get her to re-read the tech blurb to see if it's what she wanted to see because... she wanted to BITCH AND MOAN about how she doesn't know tech stuff and doesn't think i'm listening and o yeah i'm not listening. and o yeah some comments about me flapping my mouth or something like that.

i hope your computer burns in the same hell you were spawned from bitch.

    there now i feel better.

She probably wouldn't have even been happy then. Not until she found someone else to complain to!

At least you have somewhere like here to come and rant!

No, because then she would have kept complaining. Something to the effect of: "Great! Now you're bleeding near my computer! Now that blood is going to get inside of it and make the problem even worse! You're the worst person ever, choosing to die near my precious machine like this! How inconsiderate can you be?"

Bleah, that seems to be the one constant customer I end up dealing with in the tech field.

The other really fun one is when the hardware fails through no fault of the techs, and you get lots of long suffering sighs, comments about how valuable the data on teh now dead drive is and there are no backups, and repeats of 'I understand that, but why did it happen?.'
