    According to the customer, tech said that he did not know what customer was talking about when she mentioned her issue and he said that he had only been doing this job for 3 months. Customer wants to have someone come out that knew what they where doing.

    Response: Customer is drunk. Tech that went here said customer was very "mouthy and drunk off her ass.”

    don't you just LOOOOOOOVE dealing with SCs when they're inebriated to boot? That's why I quit working in a bar (no offense Jester, my boss had no trouble serving someone who was puking drunk, so my customers were usually worse than those in the *ahem* LAW-ABIDING bars).
