Crazy for Coleslaw

I don't post much. It seems when I work I don't really get the crazies, but this past Monday I had one woman who certainly fit the bill as a crazy. It was during night shift when I normally work mornings and I was working with three somewhat new people who weren't 100% yet. When she walked in there was a small line of perhaps three people and I was nearly done ringing the first. She walked up to my coworker and said something about coleslaw, but I had started to ring in the second person, so I wasn't paying her much attention.

When the conversation ended I was finishing up the second person and motioned over the third (and last person before her). She got huffy over it, but I wasn't going to let her cut in line just because she wanted to. This order lasted at most a minute and then she walks up to order.

IL: Impatient lady
Me: Hello

IL:Yes, I want coleslaw.
Me: Is that for her or to go?
IL: *snaps* To go!
Me: Would you like that large or small?
IL: Large.

I ring her through and tell her at the end that her food will be out in one moment. (as I cannot teleport it to her) She flips.

IL: What, I don't want to wait anymore! I've waited enough! I want a refund!
Me: M'am your food is right here.

As it was only one large coleslaw it was already packed so she just grabbed it and huffed off. I really just don't know what her problem was though.

Oh... Those types of customers will complain that instant coffee takes too long to make.

Next time... serve the coleslaw like so:

"Coleslaw. Serves one. Serve with one strong arm and lid off aiming at face of target"

Her problem was that she wanted to be able to march up and have you standing there with a large coleslaw, all packed and ready to go, so she could rip it out of your hand on her way past.

Oh, and also she wanted to have the rest of the world disappear so they didn't impede her progress.

It's fast food, not instant food.
