Friday we had system maintance....that ended up taking all bloody day, because of serious tech support issues.
in terms of customers this meant all day cards were declining left and right...
typical customer response was "oh, I didn't realize...when do you think it will be back up?"
a few however got all snotty....(ancients I HATE one card type we service...) demanding to know WHEN it would be fixed...
then there was the fun added feature of the gas holds on the card going up from $75 to $125!!!
oh the joys of explaining that to customers!
