I had a phone call from a totally rude woman, and the bitch accused ME of being rude by telling her the truth.

BG- We moved out store almost a decade ago - end BG

I'm swamped busy when this phone call came in, and by myself.

Ring -
RB (Rude bitch, snotty voice), "Are you located by (places no where near here)"

Me "No I'm afraid that's on the other side of town from us".

RB "Give me the number to (store) there".

Me "We moved from that location over 7 years ago"

RB " Well you don't have to be such a jerk about it. You're so rude". - Hung up.

Just another example of an EW that believes everyone's rude unless they tell her exactly what she wants to hear.

I find a lot of people - even those on etiquette sites - seem to define "rude" as "this person disagrees with me/will not let me have my way." And pretty much always, these people themselves are incredibly rude assholes.
