    This comment was left by one of our store manager's in the account notes of a partcular customer who feels very entitled to getting 24 karat gold milk in their cornflakes. This is the kind of boss that gets things done.

    "I have spoken with this guest on multiple occasions. He is very difficult to interact with. He was sent two burger coupons in the mail already and was promised a free combo when he was back in the area, but he is not happy with that. My first born grandchild perhaps?"

    PS. The guest has been banned from the store now. I personally feel that people like this should have their complaints broadcast online with their contact info so that people can make fun of them in their personal life.

    No, I'd rather go to their work and complain about them there.

      Awesome! And regarding the last part, this has been done before, on yelp and some other forums. Only thing is that one has to go through some lengths to find the contact info and then it begins.

          I would like to have seen what the customer initially wrote, the manager's actual response, the customer's response, and finally what the manager wrote back lastly.

            The guy's been banned so I doubt there'll be a further response from the manager sadly. After all, why waste the time on him.

                I'd be happy to pour something of that color into the guy's cornflakes.
