Yesterday, a customer was charged for a couple bags of ice which we were out of. I originally refunded her for 1 then had to undo it since our machines won't accept duplicate transactions with the same payment card in back to back transactions. She started getting angry that I had to keep using her card even though I was explaining what I was doing. I refunded the first ice bag, undid the refund on another transaction, then refunded both ice bags so she was refunded the correct amount in the end. She told me that she didn't have time to waste so I told her I would hurry which I did. She even demanded copies of the receipts I just did and her original which I gave to her.
I printed copies of the receipts involving the customer's purchase with the register and the computer. I explained the situation to the store director and how she acted and he ended up signing the paper.
