SCs revenge

The first part of the story takes place Thanksgiving night about 9pm. Some of our sales started at 10pm. SC pointed to a stack of wrapped game systems and said she wanted one Asooc told her not until 10pm. Well It turns out SC wanted what was in the case behind the wrapped game systems. Did she say that....NOOOOO

She came in Black friday afternoon bitching and yelling at our store mngr. She wanted the assoc fired and a whole bunch of stuff for free.He said that he will look into it. He talked to the assoc and the said that he thought she was pointing the wrapped stuff. OK simple human error.

SC has been in everyday demanding that the assoc be fired. He was was not and will not be.

Assoc left work today and his car was all scratched and dented. After looking at the tapes they know it was teh SC.
I was leaving so I had no idea what happened. I know they were calling the cops.

Sadly, I suspect it's the EW/Customer Is Always Right mentality. As far as they're concerned, they can do no wrong, and there's nothing we can do about it.

....Prove her wrong. Please! I hope you are able to find out who this is and have the lawyers teach her the error of her ways, swiftly.

Oookay, that is just creepy. I agree with previous posters, both about that being downright disturbed behaviour and about the SC getting jail time.

To me this is just more proof that SC's don't think of employees as human. How dare the slave-bot-3000 make a mistake! I know, i'll harrass it, after all, slave bots don't have feelings, that would be silly. And i'll destroy something of theirs, after all, they're slave bots, they can't own stuff really, and with no emotions they won't care. But i'll feel better!

Hmm, I didn't even consider the stalking aspect; otherwise how WOULD she have known which car was the employees? I think maybe your coworker needs to apply for a restraining order, I agree it might just be a matter of time before the psycho follows him home!

I sincerely hope the store is filing charges against the SC, and gave a copy of the tape to the police as evidence. Harrassment, stalking, vandalism, any charge they can get to stick, file them all and send the SC to the Greybar Hotel. Sue the harpy for the damage done to the car, and get a restraining order against her.

I really, really hope this story has a happy ending for the store worker.
