…a lady asked me to look up books on Nicholas Cage. We did not have any, as there are only two out there and they are rare and out-of-print and expensive (I know this because she made me look for books about him on Amazon to verify that I was searching with the complete titles). She was wearing a sweatshirt that had a stuffed-full-of-gifts Christmas stocking on it as well as matching stuffed-full-of-gifts Christmas stocking earrings. I hadn’t asked, but she told me anyway – yes, sirree, she was watching every Nicholas Cage movie ever made, starting with Fast Times at Ridgmont High, wherein he had two lines. She had started in late October and was now on one of the National Treasure movies, which, she told me, means that she has watched over SIXTY Nicholas Cage movies since then. She was also looking for some obscure movie he’d made when he was in high school. I was told to call her if/when we added it to our (modest) DVD collection.

Quoth Zoe Hates You View PostI was told to call her if/when we added it to our (modest) DVD collection.
Actually, on second thought, provided she doesn't invest in a sniper rifle, this could actually be a "lesser evil" form of controlling her completely obsessive tendencies.Ne auderis delere orbem rigidum meum! - Don't you dare erase my hard disk!

I wonder what she'll think when she reaches "Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans".
