Today, a customer at one of the self checkouts needed help scanning a barcode. I manually keyed it in but it didn't come up (found out later that I must've miskeyed it). I offered to check the price for her but she decided she didn't want it. While I was helping the customers at another self checkout, the first customer angrily muttered about how she couldn't get the item that she turned down even though I had offered to check the price.
