  • Dumbass Teen Driver

I used to work midnights at a gas station. One Winter night I was just staring out the window and witnessed this dumbass speeding up to the pumps and fishtailing his car before pulling up to the front of the store. When he got out of his car and came up to the walk up window (yes, thank God, we locked the doors at midnight) I told him that I never wanted to see him driving like that around gas pumps again. I mean, really, who does that when there is a danger of sliding into a pump. So, the dumbass kid just leaves without asking for anything. I guess he realized how mad I was.

Either that, or he suddenly realized how stupid he'd been, and was embarrassed. [Looks at what website he's on] Oh, yeah -- never mind.

Saw a guy pull-up to the mall doors like that; but he left before I got there to yell at him.

There was a spot across the street (when I worked at the gas station) that was nothing but a sandy lot that mostly truckers used to leave their trailers for the weekends.

When it rained and got muddy, and if there were no trailers there, all the yokel locals and their raised pickemup trucks would go "muddin" over there, and I'd watch, either from inside or go out for a quick smoke, and always hope they'd get stuck or wreck on one of the nearby telephone poles.

Was he too busy texting about how Becky isn't even hot?

A few years back I was on my way to work on a Saturday for a few hours and I saw a guy in a truck playing around in a muddy field off the side of the road (it had been raining for days and finally ended).

On my way home that truck was up to its windows buried in mud while two other trucks tried futilely to pull it out of its mucky grave.
