This one I heard at work while doing inventory, so I wasn't witness to it. Even my Lead, S, wasnt there.

But apparently some woman wanted to return some earrings, with receipt, that had broken.

She bought them in 2005.

And no, she didnt get her way, but everyone was shaking her head and apparently she got quite upset.

I bought a belt shortly before the Canadalandia trip (write-up on the front pages soon once edited and photos are ready!). It gave way today.

Sure, it had cost me about £12 if memory serves, but I can't get to the store where I purchased it until Saturday afternoon, but a supermarket I popped into sells belts for £3. Do I really care about that belt now?

I'd have told her where a decet repairing jewellers was, unless you offer that service yourself.
