I clock out at 1am.... at 12:58 the phone rings, I could let it go and have the next guy on shift answer it for me, but, hey, what's the harm in picking up just one more time....... I should have known better
-Did you tow my car from Central Apartments?
-Yes, we have that vehicle, it was called into us for being in the visitor lot without a permit. It will be $115 to pick up
-What?! This is BULLSH*T!!! I'm not mad at you, but this is ridiculous! I live here!
-Ma'm....
-I pay hundredsofdollarsformyspotand
-Ma'm....

-tohavethemtowedsoIdon'tseewhyIcan't.....
-Ma'm! May I get a word in edgewise? First of all, if you swear one more time I'm going to end this call, there is no reason for that. Secondly, the reason you were towed is because you were in the visitor parking lot without a permit. The rules of that property are that only visitor's may use them with a visitor permit. You didn't have one. Furthermore, your car has a resident pass in it, resident cars cannot use visitor parking, per the complex rules, and they're explained to you when you sign your lease
-But, but, someone was in my spot!
-Then you need to call us and we'll be more than happy to tow them out for you
-But I didn't want to get someone else towed! And I don't see why I can just use a spot that NOBODY else was using!!
-Your car has a resident permit, you cannot use those spots, it's in the rules.
-This is incredible! I pay hundreds of dollars a month and I can't even park at my own place?
-You have to use your assigned spot, if someone else is in it, then call us and we'll remove that vehicle
-But I don't want to have anyone towed
-Well, I'm sorry then, but you can't just park anywhere you feel like it, that complex has strict rules, and they're the ones who called you in for violating them
-Look! Nobody was using that space, and someone was in my spot! It was like midnight! I have things to do, I"m a busy person! And I don't have time to just wait around for you guys to get here! For what I pay a month! I should get a space!
-Well, I'm sorry, but if someone is using your space who doesn't belong, you have to either have them towed, or wait for them to leave on their own. You cannot use visitor parking under any circumstance since your car has a resident permit
-And what if there was no visitor parking! What do I do then?!
-Visitor parking is first come, first serve, when it's full, you simply can't park there. But, I don't see why you're asking that, your car can't use visitor parking because it's a resident car and already has an assigned space. If someone was in your space, someone you did not approve to use it, you needed to call us and let us know and we would have towed them.
-Well, I'm complaining to them in the morning!
-You're more than welcome to, but I doubt it will get anywhere, they called you in to start with, they told you the rules when you rented, and we tow cars for that kind of violation all the time.
-Well, what's YOUR name?
-Argabarga
-Well, thanks a LOT Argabarga! You've been a biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig HELP!
