    I swear to god.

    If one more "expert" talks to me about how the blackberry is so cheap because the company is failing and the device didn't sell and then not actually buy anything from me I might just snap. It's happening several times a shift, you aren't special because you read a newspaper so stop acting like it. If anything Blackberry will probably bounce back with the new tablet they're talking about, but that doesn't stop the people from coming in and talking about the playbook, and I swear for some of these people it seems to be the only reason they came in because I don't see them buying anything and they sure as heck don't buy the playbook after talking about how cheap it is. and of course a lot of these people start by asking me why it's so cheap.

    Whether or not RIM makes I come back I cant say. But I can say the Blackberry pretty much reined as the smart phone of choice for many businesses for a long time.

            If I didn't already have my Archos 5 inch tablet I probably would get the playbook but it's just not worth the upgrade, though I don't kind of want to root my archos and put newer android on it.

                If I may...

                I personally like Apple's products, but whether or not said products are "better" really doesn't enter into this. If I understand the OP correctly, the SC wasn't advocating a particular product, but was fixated on the fact that the BlackBerry was on a downswing, and jumped to the conclusion that said downward trend would continue, which seems premature. I know folks who have BlackBerry items and love them. Heck, I used to own a Palm Pilot, and would probably have kept using it except that it did become obvious that the company wasn't doing well and it was questionable whether it was a good investment to buy any more.
