This customer so totally confused me, that the blue screen of death would have been a BLESSING for my mind.

Of course the call was MUCH longer then that..we went round in circles several times because I couldn't give her the information she sought...what I wouldn't have done for a mallet to have hit me over my head to put me out of my misery.
