Today's gem....
We have a fast food joint in our store. Not store employees. Well they were closed today b/c the manager was killed and today was the funeral. Most people understood once they found out. Not so much for one SC
SC walks up to the customer service desk
ME-Can I help you
SC-Yes I need a sandwich and the place is closed
Me- Yes sir. They are closed due to a funeral.
SC-Well than you can go make me food.
ME-No I cant.
SC-This is BS I am starving I need food. You need to figure out what to do. I want no excuses.
ME-Sir I work for "store" not "fast food joint" There is another FFJ down the street.
SC- Don't be rude. Just b/c someone died doesnt mean they should be closed.
Co worker-Dude someone was killed. Now there is nothing we can do for you. We sell food you are welcome to buy some and make your own sandwhich.
SC-Whatever
A few weeks ago
The Portrait place was late opening up. I just got there so I had no idea why.
SC-Why isnt this opened yet(mind you only about 5 mins late)
ME I am not sure I just walked in. Maybe she is running late. I will check to see if she called.
A few mins later...
She called and said she forgot the keys to the studio she will be here soon.
SC-Well thats just stupid. Can you take my sons pics?
Me-No I cant. I dont work for them.
SC-Oh they arent store employees no.
Me- No they are a different company
SC- Well the store should give me a discount.
Me-thats up to her.
SC-I want to see a manager.
Me-the woman coming in is the manager.
Sc-No dummy....the store manager. I am getting something for my troubles.
Me-Like I said they are a diff company. We cant help you.
SC-Well get me a manager any way. I want something.
Manager told her the same thing I did.
