Yesterday, a customer was buying a couple items and one of them had a coupon. She claimed that I didn't ring up the item with the coupon right. It scanned at $1.xx, and with the coupon, it came down to .xx. The customer claimed that the original price was .xx and with the coupon it should be .0x. I had to get my supervisor who mentioned that meat/seafood item would not usually be .xx before coupon but he would go check the price. The customer decided not to get the item that had a coupon and got the other item she was planning to buy.
