1. attempting to give an 88 year old man directions to the store over the phone for 10 minutes
2. Trying to explain to another old man that we actually carry an adapter to convert his vhs to dvd but it requires both a computer and a vcr, over the phone
3. A woman complaining that noone would help her and trying to guilt trip people into helping her. She first knocked on the window of the tech office, I think she thought he was a manager. Complaining they wouldn't help her at copy center, she mumbled a lot and I was with a customer but the gist of it from what I heard and what others told me was she bought business card paper from us and wanted copy center to print on it. Copy center has their own paper supply and cannot print on that especially with them using laser copiers not inkjet. We have a selfuse station with a computer that my Tech suggested but she kept trying to guilt trip about how she's an old woman and if she went around and spoke to every employee she would be sure they would have some excuse not to help her. She then turns to me who looking up ink for another customer, and says "I'm sure [my name] won't help me either" never once did she actually speak to me. I just told her I was with a customer already and went to help them.
Don't know the results of this really.
