I shave the sides of my hair due to many reasons. According to my coworker, some lady came in and complained about me. She was saying how I was disresepctful to people who have hair thats falling out and don't have a choice in the matter. But of course she couldn't say it to my face . My managers had quite a good laugh after I told them.

--When you run for a bus, you are being disrespectful to the disabled.
--When I drink a beer, I am being disrespectful to alcoholics.
--When you have sex, you are being disrespectful to people who have no game and can't get laid.
--When you eat your lunch, you are being disrespectful to the hungry.
--When you spend time in your house, you are being disrespectful to the homeless.
--When you work at your job, you are being disrespectful to the unemployed.

I had a couple of employees who, for a lark, shaved the sides of their heads (they knew how dumb it looked but that was kind of the point) and yes they have gotten more then a couple of dirty looks from bald customers.
