Customer comes in with a couple of items. I was at the cosmetic counter so I wasn't entirely too busy. She decided she wanted to purchase just one item. Then after the purchase she wanted a refund. Then after I start doing the refund for her, she decides she wants that and the other item. She kept apologizing, but they meant nothing to me anyways since it felt forced. And kept trying to have an attitude with me
