    A quickie from a bit ago:

    SC means stupid customer in this case.

    Me: What version of Windows do you have?
    SC: Um, I had a trial version of Windows, but it expired...

        Acrylic. It's cheaper, and we wouldn't want to waste expensive stuff on him.
