I try to let people see their chicken as little as possible, otherwise they freak out "Can I get a better piece?" "That wing doesn't have much meat on it, does it?" "You got any fresher chicken? That breast looks a little small"
Screw you. First in, First out. Yes, the food looks a little smaller now, because the chickens aren't as big because it's winter. Plants go out of season, so do animals. The chicken's diet isn't the same as it was in summer

I don't care that the leg looks bad, they all do. I don't know why, but they do.

It's 7:15, I'm not making anothre batch of chicken because that one looks a little dried out.
I've been here for two years, work harder than most others, and I'm getting paid $1.80 an hour
less than the 17 year old slacker you hired two months ago. Maybe that's why I'm not chipper at work.

Had a guy, one day, at McD's, ask me for a couple of something (I forget what now)
I just kind of looked at him and said, "Is that two or three?"
His response? "Whoever heard of a couple being three?"
      "I have, first off."
"Well, what about in a relationship?"
"Yeah, still, a couple could be three. A PAIR is a definite two."
      "Oh my..."
The guy was obviously confused by my polyamorous preferences.
      "I call murder on that!"

I'll have 2x-y pieces of chicken, where x is my birthdate... which I'm not gonna give you because that would be an invasion of privacy, and y is the number of licks it takes to get to the center of a tootsie pop.

          *Several minutes later*

YOU GOT IT WRONG! I SAID I WANTED THREE!!!

            I WANTED THREE!!!
So, the number of licks it takes to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop is odd? That takes away at least half the whole numbers in the known math continuum! Huzzah! Making progress!

People say all manner of words when they could just say two - pair for example.
Unless you're talking about pants, undies, eyeglasses..., etc....

Actually the diet is the same in the winter as it is in the summer. The problem is the lighting. With shorter daylight hours the chickens sleep longer at night and therefore are not eating as much. They try to use lights in the chicken houses to get them to stay awake longer, but unless the growers use Full-Spectrum lighting (which cost wise is not worth it) they sleep through the lights anyway.

I grew up on a chicken farm and my first job out of high school was with Perdue Farms Inc. in the research department.

Tell me about it!! We have full spectrum lights on our reptiles at home. They are lucky we love them so much cause just keeping them warm and lit gets to be expensive.
The only words you said that I understood were "His", "Phone" and "Ya'll". The other 2 paragraphs worth was about as intelligible as a drunken Teletubby barkin' come on's at a Hooter's waitress.
