    Lol... I think my biggest issue with the customers I deal with on a general basis are those who's stuff isn't working and they want to do everything they can do to avoid a service charge.

    Example, one call I just got...

    me: there could be a 33.95 charge if the problem occurs on the inside of the house.

    (modem wasn't getting signal, setup srvc call, high signal fluctuation to modem)

    them: well can we just have the srvc tech just check the outside?

    Me: *begrudgingly* yesss...

    (So I finally just started NO-CCing these orders... if they don't wanna get a real srvc call setup... I won't lol... and they can deal lol)

    Orrrr.... then you have the ones who refuse a srvc call (when I already know what the problem is.) but they wanna check their wires anyway (without the proper tools I might add).

    Hehehe... the call I got just this saturday. Customer calls in and gets angry cuz I warn her of the srvc charge if the problem is on the inside of the house. She jumps the gun and says "My other box is working. So what makes you think it'd be on the inside of the house?"

    (For that reason alone I would think it's on the inside of the house lol, then she's why she would be charged for wiring we did... cuzz we have a 30day garuntee after that you're expected to keep it not broke (i ran outta words at that point heh)... Wiring was also 7yrs old.) But she was angry, and sadly, she escalated to a supervisor.

    But yea... I understand that wiring on the inside is my issue.... why can't others? lol
