This is one of the dumbest moves by a customer I ever had to hear about from a security person at a store I worked at. A kid was busted for shoplifting before going to see his probation officer. His sister felt the need to call the store and say she was the mother and chew the guard a new one. She just blew the kid off. Of course the little b----- decided to come into the store with the mother and start bad mouthing her again. Luckily we didn't see them after that.
