Ahhh toothache shut the H**L up. Just a lot of whining

Yesterday I had a tooth absess. To anyone who has ever had one of these it feels like a mule has crawled in you mouth and repeatedly is kicking your brains out. well anyway. I was doing ok. Kinda doped up but hey it just made me a little retarded. I know that I work in customer service. But I swear today people were just being mean. I have had more people call and say I got this package/box/offer what is it. All I wanted to say was get up off your butt and read the crap. We sent it to you for a reason if you are to lazy to read it I will be happy to tell you where you can shove your package/box/offer. When did customer service become I am to lazy to take time out of my busy schedule to read a paper that gives you a simple set of instructions. And yet these same people gripe about the hold time they had to wait while the other people just like them want to waste my time. I am cranky, drugged, and dont feel well so this is kinda nasty. True but not very nice. I am just tired of the few people that really have a legit problem not being able to get through because so many lazy people are just that.

A couple of questions

Do the tech people out there dealing with website get a lot of people say I cant find my website.

Have a problem with people not understanding an address bar and a search bar.

A rant to our customers.
I work with a lot of people new to the internet but explaining this is old. If you want to use the internet learn how to use it. Don't just assume that because you cant find it, that it doesnt exist. If you really want to know I understand you are to lazy to take a course. I will answer your question but please ask it nicely. If you want me to be nice to you, You have to be nice first. My boss doesnt belive that I should take your bull crap and I will be snippy with you if you are rude to me. Curse at me more than once and I will hang up on you. I give you one warning. I will also tell you if you are not working with me and that I can not help you. Do not get mad about this because you brought it on yourself. I grow tired of hearing your life story so you can gain sympathy and get something free.

Thank you for the compliment Pagen. today was better but still hurts like crazy. I cant get the dang thing pulled for 2 weeks because the dentist is so busy. I wish there were other places to go but I need IV sedation. BTW its the best way to get dental work

Yes, I had a guy tell me once that he'd never had a "search bar" on his computer & he was afraid that he'd broken the Internet. In the end, I just mailed the info he was requesting. He truly didn't need to try to look up our site online.

Better then my usual dentist. I needed a wisdom tooth taken out, earlist they could get my in was December. They were able to refer my to another dentist that could take it out earlier though.
