I wrote before about the totally stupid voicemail tech that I've gotten before. I'll have to track down the post and link it.
Due to problems (such as demanding to dial into a server, refusing to accept it doesn't have any of the things its supposed to, refusing he said stuff he did, totally screwing with my toll free phone tree..), when I called in a ticket yesterday, I specifically requested NOT to deal with him.
Guess who called me back.
GRRRRR.
So now, I'm on the phone with the company, trying to get my ticket reassigned.
