A CSR came to our service department and asked us to answer a question that the customer wanted to know regarding our service. I found it a bit humorous. What was this question?:

"The customer wants to know if we can make his computer user-friendly."

I'm trying to figure out what he means and he told me that the customer wanted all of his applications and everything he does to be doable by clicking on a button on the keyboard. So if he wants to open Microsoft Word...one button. Save a document in Word...one button. Pretty much every single action he does he wanted it to correspond to a single button on the keyboard.

I told the CSR to tell him that from what I'm hearing, nothing we could possibly do would make the computer user-friendly for him. I had a few chuckles with the other techs.

Heh, closest he's gonna get about the whole "open with button press, do this with button press..."

Good luck paying for it, though.

          HAHAHA Bob... yay

Tell him to try & find himself an Apple II. Tell him to learn DOS, cuz that is how "simple" computers get or were. lol

Maybe he wanted the "Easy" button from Staples installed.
