If this is the level of stupidity you deal with, I can see why it only takes a week for things to get blurry. Personally, I'd up my alcohol intake to ensure that even yesterday was blurry.
How...? No, I can't even formulate a coherent question after that story.
Draggar, please tell me you pointed out this person's stupidity to them.

The story actually reminds me of my grandma. Most of the time, she seemed perfectly normal. She had typical old-person forgetfulness, but she wasn't senile and didn't have Alzheimer's. This was an unusual slip for her. Many years ago, we had this exchange over the phone.
G'ma: HS, what's your phone number?
Me: You just called it, Grandma.
G'ma: I know, but I don't remember it. I need to call your mom.
Me: She's right here, Grandma.
G'ma: No, just tell me your number so I can call her.
Me: But you've already called my number. She's right here.
G'ma: Oh, nevermind. I found your number in my address book. I need to call your mom now. Bye! *click*
Me: *blink*
Mom: *blink*
Phone: *ringring*
Me: Hello?
G'ma: Hi, HS. Can I talk to your mom?

I suspect that... inside every adult (sometimes not very far inside) is a bratty kid who wants everything his own way.
